Onyx
Onyx is a gentle, quiet girl with a heart full of love. Found in East Hampton this past summer and brought to ARF through the Operation Cat program, she’s a thoughtful observer who’s slowly learning that people can be pretty wonderful. A little shy at first, Onyx warms up with patience and quickly leans into a good scratch once she feels safe. She enjoys the company of other cats, loves to perch up high to watch the world go by, and is a big fan of cozy hammock naps. With her soft spirit and thoughtful nature, Onyx would do best in a peaceful home with patient adopters who understand that trust takes time and that the sweetest friendships are the ones that grow slowly.
