Affordable Spay/Neuter Services for Pet Owners in Need
ARF offers low-cost spay/neuter and vaccine clinics for cats and dogs by appointment only.
Spay/neuters are offered on Saturdays. Vaccine-only appointments are offered on Mondays.
Priority is given to families experiencing financial hardship. To qualify, applicants must attest to their financial need. Priority is given to residents of the East End.
Please note that reservations do require prepayment for services and will be confirmed by staff. Pricing is listed below.

Pricing
- Cat Neuter: $75
- Cat Spay: $150; Cat Spay with Pregnancy: $175
- Dog Neuter: $175 – $250
- Dog Spay: $250 – $325
- Core Vaccines: $12-$20
