Therapy Dog Training at ARF: A Pawsitive Opportunity to Make a Difference!
ARF Hamptons is excited to announce a special opportunity for dog owners and enthusiasts to make a difference in the lives of others through therapy dog training. Led by Tom Tulipan of Pet Partners, these comprehensive session will equip participants with the skills and knowledge required to prepare their dogs for therapy work, allowing them to bring joy and comfort to individuals in need.
Full day class for humans on December 10 followed by dog assessments on Jan. 14 & 21. Space is limited and pre-registration is required for this free class.
About Tom Tulipan and Pet Partners:
Thomas Tulipan, is a licensed Pet Partners team evaluator and instructor who has spent over a decade sharing the love of his pets with people all over Long Island. In late 2018, Thomas started Pet Partners of Long Island, a group that allows handlers to come together, share visiting opportunities, and encourage one another in the therapy animal work that is truly changing lives each and every day in Long Island.
