ARF offers low-cost spay and neuter clinics for cats and dogs by appointment only. 

Priority is given to families experiencing financial hardship. To qualify, applicants must attest to their financial need. Priority is given to residents of the East End.

• Tuesday, September 23, 2025 (Only neuter appointments available at this time.)
• Saturday, September 27, 2025
• Every Saturday, October 11 through December 27

Pricing

Cat Neuter: $75

Cat Spay: $150; Cat Spay with Pregnancy: $175

Dog Neuter: $175 – $250

Dog Spay: $250 – $325
