Buggs was found in East Hampton infested with fleas. She was all alone, no sign of mama or any surviving siblings. Brought to ARF through the Operation Cat (TNR) program, Buggs was cleaned up and nursed back to health and then placed on foster. Buggs is now thriving. Here is her story:
