When Patsy Topping moved from her family’s Swan Creek Horse Farm in Bridgehampton to South Carolina, she encountered a problem not seen the Hamptons for years – unaltered dogs producing unwanted puppies, year after year. In 2007, Patsy began working with ARF to rescue and transport abandoned dogs. Thousands of dogs owe their lives to Patsy, and they have filled thousands of homes with boundless love.
